Return/Exchange Period

You may request an exchange or return of an item in good condition within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It is in original condition and unused

  • All labels, tags, and seals are intact

  • There are no signs of wear, damage, stains, or other contamination

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

  1. Fill out the return form, including:

    • Your full name

    • Contact phone number

    • The reason for the return

    • Your Instagram nickname (used when placing the order)

    • The bank card number where the refund should be sent

  • All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the BUYER.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
